WILLBE EDL20000TE Open-Frame Water-Cooled Diesel Generator Set
WILLBE EDL20000TE is an open-frame water-cooled three-cylinder diesel generator supporting dual-output of three-phase / single-phase, designed for global export markets including Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Working Principle
- Combustion & Power Generation: Three-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine completes air compression, diesel injection and combustion, pushes crankshaft and drives alternator rotor to rotate for producing alternating-current electricity.
- Dual-Voltage Power Output: Synchronous alternator realizes 380V three-phase and 220V single-phase output. NFB no-fuse breaker provides overload & short-circuit protection for output loop.
- Water-Cooled Heat Dissipation: Circulating cooling-water takes away engine heat, effectively preventing power derating caused by overheating during continuous heavy-load operation under high-temperature ambient.
- Monitoring & Protection System: Control panel collects data of fuel level, voltage, cumulative running hours; monitors oil pressure, cooling-water temperature and battery charging status.
